Masaki Ogura is a Professor in the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering at Hiroshima University, Japan. Prior to joining Hiroshima University, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, an Assistant Professor at the Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Japan, and an Associate Professor at Osaka University, Japan. His research interests include swarm control, artificial intelligence, self-organization, and complex systems. He was a runner-up of the 2019 Best Paper Award by the IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering and a recipient of the 2012 SICE Best Paper Award. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Franklin Institute.

※Buses from JR Nishijo Station are more frequent and more convenient.
- When using the Sanyo Shinkansen

- From Shinkansen Higashihiroshima Station, take the bus bound for Hiroshima University and get off at the Hirodai Chuoguchi bus stop.
※Buses run infrequently, so please check the timetable before coming.
※At Higashi-Hiroshima Station, the only stop is ``Kodama'', so it may be faster to get off the Shinkansen at Hiroshima Station and take the JR Sanyo Main Line to Nishijo Station.
- If you take a taxi from Higashihiroshima Station to Higashihiroshima Campus, it will take approximately 15 minutes and cost approximately 2,000 yen.
- When using Hiroshima Airport

- Take a bus from Hiroshima Airport to JR Hakuichi Station (about 15 minutes), and from Hakuichi Station take the JR Sanyo Main Line to Nishijo Station.
Take the bus bound for ``Hiroshima University'' from Saijo Station and get off at the ``Hirodai Chuoguchi'' bus stop.
