From October 5 to 8, 2025, Mr. Sone (M2) presented his research titled “Temporal Deep Unrolling-Based MPC for Vehicle Trajectory Tracking” at the 2025 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC), held at the Austria Center Vienna in Austria.
It was my first experience attending an international conference, and I was quite nervous during the presentation, but I was able to complete it successfully. During the Q&A session, I received valuable questions regarding the applicability of my method to real-world environments and other aspects of future development. Although many of the other presentations were from slightly different research areas, they were highly interesting and inspiring, and I learned a lot from their presentation styles and contents. I hope to make good use of the experiences I gained from this conference in my future research activities.
