The other day, we held a year-end party for our laboratory. Throughout the year, each of us has been working on our own research themes, often busy with presentations and deadlines. On this occasion, however, we took it as a chance to pause and enjoy a relaxed dinner together. Although our conversations usually revolve around research, this time we were able to unwind a little and talk about recent happenings and small behind-the-scenes stories, with various topics naturally coming up.
